The room is extremely comfortable and the food was great. Location to the VIC Falls in 15 min away so that was perfect
Please do one thing Mabano, your water isn’t acceptable for drinking. We saw other people also asking to buy bottled water from you. Your hotel would be perfect if you just supplied unlimited bottled drinking water (or at least 4 a day to drink and two for brushing your teeth). Staff couldn’t do enough. All extremely kind and helpful
Feels like an average 4* hotel rather than the 5* it purports to be. Food average. Probably brilliant if you are a single traveler as they charge per person rather than for the room. £250 is an acceptable price whereas £500 is expensive for what you are getting here.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It has very few rooms and they are all independent suites. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. It actually looks exactly like in the pictures!
The breakfast options were quite limited. They don't have a spa area, although they offer spa services. We had our massage and exfoliation in our room and the floor was left dirty afterwards.

Fantastic staff who went out of their way to make everything easy and comfortable for a family of five across three rooms on the property. Very relaxing rooms and grounds. Easy access to all local tourist activities. VERY GOOD breakfast, lunch, and dinner on property.
No complaints at all about the experience. It was really fantastic.
The hotel is nice, beautiful, and clean. All staffs are very kind to us. The restaurant's service is pretty good. And they provide many activities for the guests.
The internet is quite slow.
