Front desk staff was amazing! Very friendly, spoke great English, and very helpful with everything we needed. Hope they are commended by the owner for doing such a great job. The staff were extremely helpful. I had a puncture on my car tyre and the girl on reception found a guy to come out and repair it within an hour for £15!
+: Very friendly staff (especially the receptionists) that helped us a lot with our questions and daily planning. My travel companion was a bit sick but the staff accommodated our needs. -: The rooms were clean and spacious. Nonetheless, we believe that there is potential to decorate the rooms in a better way.
Small hotel close to the center. large room looking onto the pools. Well kept tropical garden. Very quiet but the best is the staff. So lovely and friendly. They tell you all about the town and things to do on arrival and always a lovely thing to say every day.
They are still doing work so might bother some people. Everything else else was perfrct

The staff was great. In general, all the facilities met my expectations. The included breakfast was simple, but good. If I ever go back to Valladolid I would consider staying here.
In the evening the sun is only available in the restaurant terrace, which would have been a perfect place to sit and enjoy the sun for a few hours. However, we were not allowed to sit there, apparently for some issue they had the day before. Very minor thing though.
Breakfast was fine (Continental), honey too runny. OK location, walkable to Centro in 15 minutes, Calzado de los Frailes in 15 minutes. Not many other amenities around the hotel, however.
Everything was exceptional.
Quiet, good location 10 min walk into town, rooms very clean and pool spotless. Breakfast very good. All staff very friendly and professional Service with a smile nothing to much trouble.

The staff is very friendly. We organised trips with the hotel, and they were professional and flexible enough to meet our needs. The hotel is cozy and quiet; and the room was quite spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was about a 10 min walk to the center, however, this was not an issue for us.
