Amazing nature. Hotel’s infrastructure is very good, all the staff is so helpful and nice. Food is amazing and is served within minutes even during busy hours.
Everything was exceptional — one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Special thanks to Kamilla and Zarina for their great assistance, and to Aykut and Alla for the engaging and well-structured sports activities!

Sports team was excellent. We did sports everyday, enjoyed classes and the instructors were very friendly and professional. The food quality and service quality is very good
The profile of the guests was in a super indexed way Russians, which is ok but the staff being Russian speaking in some group classes we had to warn them not to speak Russian and leave us out. I think the management should seek for diversity when comes to the guests
A place that exceed your expectation on all levels, this is a resort that has made so much efforts to deliver a service that is not offered by 99% of all properties and hotels in the world. the atmosphere of the place is kind of designed for couples and adults, while the place offer a variety of wonderful children activities, if they change the lighting a bit, or make the atmosphere more energetic in the lobby it will create a different vibe for the children.Read more
Nice location, beautiful sea. Beach is awesome.
Small territory. Staff on the beach must be trained better, coz now nobody is willing to do their job. Very deep swimming pool, I can’t understand why is this! 4 restaurants in front of each other, so at lunchtime so crowded. No buffet.

Almost everything including the night shows but special mention goes to the staff: I travel a lot and this is one of the most helpful staff ever seen.
