Everything was perfect: the food, the indoor and outdoor pool, water temperature, the employees, the view, the room, the organization. By far, was a better experience than we were expecting. I want to come back. Everyone was so nice and warm with us

Staff is fantastic. They are local so they know the area and have great recommendations. Very close to the gondola so the commute to and from skiing in the morning is a very short walk. Ski rental shop is right next to the gondola. Pool and Spa are great and not crowded. Breakfast is very good. European fare

Breakfast was terrific. Pool and sauna were lovely. Cool interior design and decor. Walkable to town. Very close to Gondola! Views of the Matterhorn from our balcony!

We stayed in a cozy corner room with a charming view of the village and a lovely terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the village center and right next to the gondola. As a vegetarian, I found the breakfast options satisfactory.
There was nothing to complain about. Everything met our expectations.

View of Matterhorn was heavily obscured by cable car. Bit of a walk to get anywhere from hotel (except ski lift)
