The location was amazing, close to many shops and the duomo area. The room was comfortable, had most of the amenities. I expected the size to be smaller but it was actually perfect and fit 3 large suitcases+ a carrier. Great location in the heart of the city. Lovely decor in the rooms with all facilities you'd need for a city break. We even got a kettle and milk when we requested them from the concierge. Good selection at breakfast. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
We had to change our room from the top floor due to noise from aircon units running on the roof constantly. New room was on the third floor which had the normal city noises including the tram but one would expect this from a city. Water pressure in shower could have been better.
Very central location. Very comfortable rooms. Good sound proofing so no problem with noise from the streets. Excellent breakfasts and nice restaurant directly below hotel. Staff were lovely!
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The value for money was just perfect. An ideal location, incredibly kind staff, spotless cleanliness, and delicious breakfasts. We enjoyed absolutely everything. This hotel is truly top!!
The only thing we didn’t like about the hotel was the transparent shower door. It would also be nice to have a small shelf near the sink.
The location so near the Duomo was fab. Right on the tram line but not too noisy. Beautifully presented and renovated with a lift to all floors and fantastic breakfast buffet with Freescale multi filled croissants and lots of choices including honey in wax box! The rooms was beautiful and very spacious. Also, it has the perfect location. The staff even decorated the room with balloons and gave us chocolates because it was my birthday. A simple and beautiful gesture.
