The location so near the Duomo was fab. Right on the tram line but not too noisy. Beautifully presented and renovated with a lift to all floors and fantastic breakfast buffet with Freescale multi filled croissants and lots of choices including honey in wax box! The rooms was beautiful and very spacious. Also, it has the perfect location. The staff even decorated the room with balloons and gave us chocolates because it was my birthday. A simple and beautiful gesture.

The only thing that the baby crib should be more comfortable for babies. Our crib was not have mattress instead there was mattress made of 3 pillows

Beautiful room with high-quality furnishings and tasteful décor. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillow menu was a thoughtful touch. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was diverse and served in a lovely setting. Amazing location!
At the first glance our stay was a solid 10/10. The hotel is wonderfully located (5 minutes on foot to the Duomo), the warm welcome was outstanding - we received personal greeting card and chocolates, the ladies at the reception are nice and helpful. The rug on the floor was extremely worn-out and not in a way that looks deliberate (as the hotel is generally charmingly styled as slightly old-fashioned), but in a way that suggests overusage.
