The staffs are very helpful and friendly. There is a shuttle bus connecting the hotel to the nearest metro station. The room is very comfortable and has nice and big balcony.
Unfortunately the dinner portion is a bit small with the price we are paying.

The hotel is located in Balduina district of Rome which is the highest district and one can see beautiful outline of the city from the balcony. The nearest metro station is Cipro and the hotel offers free shuttle to and from the metro station. We took metro and bus to visit major attractions which are at a distance from the hotel. Quiet neighborhood. Great view from some of the balconies / rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very good service.
Rooms are a bit small for a four star hotel, but very clean and with great service. Overall no downside.

The hotel was clean and designed well. There was a garden which is good for children and the rooms have balcony. The breakfast was wonderful, too many varieties of food and fresh. The staff was very friendly.
Hotel is far away from the city center. However, it offers shuttle option to Metro close to Vatican.
Great staff, rooms comfortable. Nothing to complain about. Gave us good advice on pubs in the area
If you get a room near the lifts, you hear every time the lift arrives on your floor (slightly annoying)
