Friendly staff
Great design, minimalistic however in the breakfast area
Room was comfortable. Property was attractive.
Bathroom was not great. Bathroom fixtures could have been nicer. Property wasn’t well located. Surrounding area was not attractive.
Nice old building, nicely renovated, very remote. Swimming pool was nice. Breakfast ok with local products, but always the same (see other comment below); Staff was nice and very welcoming.
Breakfast OK, but always the same day on day and you need to pay extra if you want any additional items; A bit more variety would be welcome. Insufficient soundproofing of the rooms, you can hear people chatting in the corridors in the morning, which is annoying (when you are in the main building). Beautiful building and wonderful setting.
A huge lack of staff - 2 people running around like headless chickens! Unable to fulfill basic needs. 1 person checking in checking out, answering the phone, serving breakfast………. On arrival we were told to leave our suitcase and vacate the premises until check in, a shocking start after 10 hours of travel ( all we wanted was a cold drink and somewhere to sit until check in) the manager was hardly...Read more

I don’t know where to start…from the off, we were greeted at the car and shown around the Masseria. It is absolutely stunning and tastefully restored. It is even better than what the photos suggest, so you’re in for a lovely treat. The room was so spacious, our own jacuzzi bath and private patio. Very attractive premises originated from 14th century, but sensitively brought bang up to date.

Rooms are great, comfortable beds and pillows. Mini bar was helpful but expensive. €2.50 for small bottle of water. Outside pool and grounds are great, would make an ideal wedding venue if it had more facilities.
Four poster bed was great looking, but uncomfortable when trying to watch TV. No facilities on site, needs a restaurant and bar area, plenty of room on site to host guests. Breakfast - well we booked on the basis of other reviews, breakfast was simple one croissant to share, bread, local cake (which everyone returned every day) fruit, yogurt, granola, jam, honey and Nutella and the same every day....Read more
