Pros (+) Loved the kid friendly atmosphere, the tub/pool. very clean and comfortable and so homely. All enjoyed immensly. The welcome gift was very thoughtful.
Cons (-) few things only, chipped cups plates and chopping board need changing. More lighting in the corridors. A phone could be provided just to contact the owners.
