This hotel is a design masterpiece; beautiful, discreet and nature focused. The staff were exceptional from check in to check out, making you feel like a prized regular guest. Breakfast, perfect. Dinner, sitting poolside watching the sunset, perfect. Will 100% return and recommend to family & friends. There are very few hotels in Europe which I feel can top this.
Slight issue with aircon due to being the start of the season as still cold at night but not holding it against them.
The whole staff was amazing, very professional, positive and welcoming led by Batu and Mario. Hotel caters well to children and we felt very comfortable there as a family. The room with private plunge pool isn’t worth the money from October onwards- it’s to cold to use it and it certainly isn’t 26 degrees! The outdoor area isn’t private at all as you have rooms above looking down on you. Staff and location and facilities
The clearning service was amazing. We were travelling with our son and the room always becomes so messy within a heartbeat, but the house-keeping did such a great job! The receptionist Batuu (I don't know the spelling so just guessing) was also really attentive and really competent.

Always do a subconscious design critique . Restaurant very dark more like a night club so didn’t use it ! Minor other issues coat hangers a joke of form against function every other guest I spoke to also complained. Mirror in bathroom not heated so always steam up a surprise in this quality of hotel . Would suggest movement sensor low level light for night toilet visit to save lighting up bedroom.Read more
Everything was amazing. The staff is very kind and helpful, the design is calming and pleasant, everything is very clean, the food is excellent. There are many experiences available and various spaces to spend the time, for every mood. They truly represent minduful luxury. The attention to detail, both in the spaces and also in the service, made our stay truly special.
