Cons (-) The concierge told us he was giving us a premium room but it was anything but premium. There was no balcony and the view was horrible. There was hardly any natural light and shower floor was extremely slippery. It is very easy to have an accident which will not result well for the hotel.

Pros (+) I like the location, staff. Dislike the entrance of the hotel as it has no security at night ( the new part of the hotel), the breakfast was below average (not recommended) although the staff at the breakfast hall are amazing.
