Exquisite property - flawless upkeep and terrific staff
The place was absolutely charming. Luxurious but understated.
Distance from the beach/sea, if I really have to find something not so positive to say, but the distance also meant tranquility.
The room was quiet, private and comfortable. Dinner options are limited but very well cooked and served, breakfast was fab. The overall vibe is one of tranquility but with the option to visit mad St Tropez by hotel shuttle.
The poolside service was not as attentive as I would expect. On several occasions I had to return to the hotel building to find someone to serve us drinks.
Property was stunning and elegant. Staff was incredible and friendly. Absolutely amazing stay.

Everything! The service was extraordinary!!! The chauffeured car service to St Tropez town and beach clubs was exceptional. The rooms are perfect, beds comfortable. Room service late at night very prompt. This is one of my favourite hotels ever!!
There is nothing to be improved on. If you don’t love this hotel and efficient staff and pretty surroundings then nothing will make you happy in life.
Not much that I like. Did not meet my expectation.
The room was very small. It was not easy to get into the rooms as it is quite far from the main lobby. The bathroom is designed with no doors and the shower was also open, which makes water splashes on the floor and it gets quite cold. Moreover, the water pressure is very low. We have just returned home from the most lovely weekend staying to celebrate my best friends birthday. The team at Mas De Chastelas couldn't have done more to make sure we both felt so welcome and like we were home away from home. The hotel is gorgeous, peaceful and the common areas are cozy. This was an amazing place, everything was wonderfull, the photos really do not do its justice, when we drove into the gates it felt like we were driving into a fairytale. A magical place in the middle of a beautiful scenery. Nothing but praise for this hotel and their staff. Definitely coming back.
Everything was perfect.
Staff were very helpful. Had dinner there was exceptional.
