Excellent location as it was connected to the Tokyo Station and also, being the in the classy/business area of Chiyoda where I can go for long runs around the Imperial Palace is a big plus point! This is our 6th or 7th time staying here and we have stayed in nearly all the versions/size type of rooms. Not being able to get into there restaurant for dinner
Hotel was chosen because it was directly across the street from the North entrance of Tokyo Station and in close proximity to restaurants and other amenities. Good transportation access and easy walking distance to several attractions.
No major issues however lobby is located on the 7th floor and is not at ground level.
excellent location right beside Tokyo Station, and with an easy walking distance of many amenities. we especially liked the fine breakfast. We enjoyed at the French restaurant on the second floor.
Some facilities were closed due to renovation, but that didn’t affect our stay.

Have stayed here before. We visit Japan multiple times each year as we are travel bloggers and have a Youtube channel exclusively about Japan. The staff is very attentive here, and the location is the #1 item for us. Sato-san who is deputy manager for guest services recognized us as we walked in this last time. His English is excellent. We prefer staying around Tokyo Station rather than the other ...
The one downside is that there is no coin laundry. When visiting Japan, we are in country for long periods of time, so the ability to do our own laundry is important. The only other thing on this latest visit is that we stayed in a Comfort Corner King room, yet there was only one drawer for placing our clothing, whereas in other rooms that are slightly smaller, they actually have more drawer space...Read more
We liked the comfortable bed and plenty of the wonderful amenities provided in the bathroom. It was a great rest stop for our last night in Tokyo. The bathroom is super clean and well maintained - the bath tub is a highlight!
Location was okay. Ms Susuki who checked us in was not friendly at all. I said hi first and she just acknowledged without a smile. (She was not wearing a mask at that time). But 2 other guys we met while going in & out was very friendly, greeting us.
First impression during check in poor.
Staying at this hotel was the highlight of my trip. Everything was exceptional - the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the location is very central - connected to 2 train stations through an underground pathway, the room was amazing and very clean! Will be recommending this hotel to anyone going to Tokyo!
