Fab facility- we travelled with our 4 and 2 year old. Highlight was the staff in the restaurant - so accommodating in all aspects.
Everything was excellent especially the staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. Will be back next year!
A little bit too busy at breakfast. Could be maybe an additional breakfast room to cope with the amount of families staying.
highlights were the crèche and the fact all restaurants have baby food menu. the staff was absolutely lovely with kids, the food great in restaurants (except disappointing french fries at Dunes) and the view beautiful. The only down was the price of the restaurants.

Great location, nice view from the bay house that was nicely decorated. We stayed in February where it was less crowded and a good price. We stayed with 3 big teenagers, and as the facilities are designed for families with small children, it was ideal for us to stay in the quiet off season. We chose it for the location by the sea, the apartment and the heated pool area, which all was really nice! ...

Location is beautiful. Facilities had many choices of activities. Service was excellent. And accommodation was very comfortable and clean.

Everything was arranged very cozy and comfortable for a holiday with children (3 and 7 years old). You can always find something to do with children without leaving the hotel.
The hotel is beautiful, offers many activities for children - heated pool, mini golf, games room. Everything is of a very high standard. The view from the room is beautiful!
Room maintenance - there were small things that didn't work. Maybe they're not that common in all rooms. In the room we got, there was a slightly uncomfortable shower faucet, a crack in the kitchen marble, and we didn't have hot water for the last 24 hours. Small things.
