Great location with easy access to the promenade and sea side. Facilities are new, modern and clean. Staff are great, super friendly and helpful.
I do believe there is a design flaw with the food system and it needs a rethink: - the main buffet restaurant Levantera served the same food at every dinner during our 7 day stay. It’s a shame as we believe it helps and drives some curiosity and diversity to have different food at dinners when we stay at other restaurants. The hotel was lovely, it was clean, the staff were friendly.
The hotel claims to be sound proof and our rooms certainly wasn’t. We moved from 567 to 407 and it was slightly better but you could still hear people walking up and down the corridor not what I expect for a hotel that says the rooms are sound proofed as that proved it wasn’t. The staff were helpful but when you pay £3,600 for a week you expect to be able to have a good nights sleep and we didn’t.Read more

Best thing about this place , the staff!!! Made our holiday, especially those in the club lounge . The hotel facilities snd room were fab as was the location on the palm . Fabulous holiday Fabulous hotel !

We booked the executive suite but they gave our room to someone else they gave us another room a worse room called Manchester Room. There are football players' pictures everywhere in the room etc. it may be a nice experience for people who request this but not for us. Loads of facilities. Excellent location. Attentive and friendly staff. Fantastic food. Brilliant rooftop bar. Loads of options for where to sit: inside a lovely cool lobby, outside on patio style seats, by the pool, Myami cafe bar, loads of beach options. There's even an outside changing area with showers etc like a boutique leisure centre. Lots of dining options too.
Clunky patio doors and an awkward step to get onto the balcony.
