Pros (+) The room and view was good. Cleanliness needs to be improved. I don't want to see other people's hair on the carpet and in the bathrooms.
Cons (-) Food in Creek Kitchen was substandard. Mismanaged and understaffed. Lacked variety and taste. Did'nt let us take the leftovers to our room, which shows that they are happy with food wastage.

Pros (+) Good breakfast. Nice view. Great gown, slippers & towels. Appreciated the 2 x water bottles & welcome gift. Free toiletries were appreciated.

Check-in and check out were both queued the front desk seems under staffed, arrived around 1:20 am and had to wait about 10m went for a refreshment returned 20m later and had to wait again. Pros (+) Bed was comfortable, room design. Also the service and staff, i would rate them a 10/10. They were so kind, respectful and treated me very well. The manager was helpful when I discussed the issue, and anytime i needed room service or help with anything the staff came to help me. So welcoming and accommodating.
Cons (-) The room was disgusting. Bed was dirty, I found bugs on the walls, and hair in the bathtub in little corners. I also found a stain on the pillow case. The only thing that ruined my stay was the cleanliness. When I first arrived into my room I noticed hairs on my bed. Probably 4 little hairs under the duvet and on it.
