Pros (+) Room was very comfortable. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Staff was Location was great, short walk to business conference site, sopping streets and historic sites. The morning coffee in the hallway was a great start to the day. WiFi was a lifesaver for dealing with an emergency contract rewrite at work.

Pros (+) We loved the location! It was walking distance to so many things. The hotel was very beautiful, comfortable and quiet in the hallways. Staff at the front desk was friendly as well as the valet. We loved our room and the turndown service as well as the coffee, fruit and pastry every morning.
Cons (-) The pool was so pretty and we wanted to hang out there one day, but it was loud and not a relaxing settng, more of a party vibe, so that was disappointing. When we checked in the staff took a deposit for incidentals only slightly smaller than the entire bill for our stay. This was a bit unexpected and seemwd excessive.
