Room was very comfortable. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Staff was Location was great, short walk to business conference site, sopping streets and historic sites. The morning coffee in the hallway was a great start to the day. WiFi was a lifesaver for dealing with an emergency contract rewrite at work.

There was nothing to dislike
We loved the location! It was walking distance to so many things. The hotel was very beautiful, comfortable and quiet in the hallways. Staff at the front desk was friendly as well as the valet. We loved our room and the turndown service as well as the coffee, fruit and pastry every morning.
The pool was so pretty and we wanted to hang out there one day, but it was loud and not a relaxing settng, more of a party vibe, so that was disappointing. When we checked in the staff took a deposit for incidentals only slightly smaller than the entire bill for our stay. This was a bit unexpected and seemwd excessive. Love the coffee and pastry on each floor each morning. The staff was so helpful. Roof top bar and pool were an added bonus
I was surprised you weren’t open for breakfast downstairs, that would have been nice. Your staff was excellent, we felt so welcome. Will be back in a year or two. Thank you.

Incredible location next to the market and across from the Customs House. We were upgraded to a balcony room overlooking the market without even asking. Super friendly and helpful staff.
