Cons (-) The water temperature of the jacuzzi was cold. While taking a shower the hot water was not stable, it would get cold then boiling hot every couple of seconds

Pros (+) The room, the food, the facilities. All great. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Special mención to Manuela, Raul and Elena. Thank you, we will come back.
Cons (-) I asked for a large double bed and there were two beds together. Very confortable however I would prefer one doble bed.

Pros (+) The overall experience was very nice. The staff was very lovely and helping us with anything and everything with a smile on their faces. The even helped us learn a bit of spanish. We ordered food in the cabana at the pool and it was delicious.
Cons (-) I would appreciate more variety of poultry such as chicken in the breakfast menu, even though the options provided were great too.

Pros (+) Great location, friendly staff, stylish decoration and good customer experience overall. It features a very nice indoor pool and gym.
Cons (-) Dinner buffet and overall experience could be improved (better food, less hassle with the host). Also, the pool doesn't get a whole lot of sun at this time of year.
