The staff were so friendly, the rooms were so clean and the roof top pool was fantastic

Long checking in process, it took us one hour to check in the price should include breakfast in my point of view!
The room was exceptional with views across the Gardens, the pool was amazing a highlight having seen it online for so long and the hotel location was excellent for sightseeing across Singapore

Beautiful view, huge room, comfortable bed, clean, well equipped, warm pool. Since it was my anniversary, we were upgraded to the 22nd floor. However, I doubt that they increased something, since they booked a room with a view of the gardens, so it's not clear what they improved. But they gave me a gift)))
A huge balcony and not even a stool!!!! The request to provide was refused!!!! Well, then why such a balcony and such views???? The staff is tormented by the number of guests. Breakfast - we waited for 40 minutes until they put us at the table, but it was really tasteless. There are many reserved seats in the pool, but no one came! I absolutely loved the room and how spacious it was. The hotel building is iconic and such a beauty to behold. I never got tired of seeing it. There's also so much to see and in Marina Bay Sands.
There wasn't a lot of sitting area around the lobby. Possibly because many tourists come there.
Very clean hotel and good customer service at hotel.
The bars are a rip off Ce La Vi especially, you book a table guest at hotel and after 20 mins after you order food and drinks they wanted to take the table off to give it to someone alse because it had a view. Just paid and left . Camed back at night with good spending budget and they said if i want to stay is minimum 2200$ for a table. Everything was amazing. our apartment was way much better that shown on pictures. the massage chair in the studio was the best.
Rooftop pool deck is amazing. Excellent service from all staff right from check in. Rooms are beautifully designed, modern and spacious.
