Comfortable and modern hotel, in a quiet neighbourhood but yet at walking distance from the beach/restaurants. Good breakfast.
No reception desk.
Estephan and his daughter were so friendly and accommodating. Because I wouldn't be there for the gaufre time, he saved me one for when I returned. We had to leave very early and they packed us a breakfast to go. I hope I can return one day.
If only we could have stayed longer. It is a perfect place... nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff.
The restaurant is great, which also means tasty breakfast. Children's playground is mentioned in other reviews, but we did not imagine its extent - almost a lunapark is at children's disposal. The hotel is conveniently located close to a natural reserve. Rooms are cleaned very thoroughly.
When booking, make sure to check room characteristics. On booking.com, search engine results filtered to accommodate 2 adults and 1 toddler include rooms in this hotel. In reality, they are not suitable for such occupancy. Staff could be more tactful.
The rooms were good, quiet and comfortable so it's a shame that the hotel is employing staff that can destroy a pleasant experience with a poor attitude.
The breakfast was included in the price, but we were unable to enjoy it due to timing. We were rather rudely told by the reception staff that because this is a "family" hotel, breakfast could not be served before 8:30, at the time we had to leave. Beautiful hotel but a bit overpriced. Fast response on our late booking.
Breakfast: Late, overpriced and too little to choose from. Stinking perfume (strong air "freshener") "contaminated" the whole top floor. We arrived a little bit late. If we'd had more time we had chosen more wisely. Didn't try the food.
Great place, calm, friendly and professional personnel, great breakfast..
That my stay was only one night , would have loved to stay longer.
