In a good location and well kept
Gym could have some weights
The room we were initially given did not match the room we booked on Booking.com - the hotel were very understanding and promptly changed the room type when we queried this.
Hotel was perfectly positioned and quiet . Food was good and Service was great 👍
No coffee or milk in room . There was one coffee pod on day arrival and it was not replaced . There are 2 people in the room .
Quiet and peaceful place. Great location without the crowds and traffic
The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The room and bed were comfortable and very well presented. When the initial room had no hot water, they immediately upgraded the room to a suite. The only thing I would suggest is to supply a single information sheet on things like the safe, dinner and breakfast times and various other facilities in the room and hotel.
The only thing which let them down slightly was the restaurant. We asked for bread with our dinner on three occasions, even reminding them but to no avail. Steak which my wife only eats well-cooked was extremely rare. We ordered a glass of wine and a pisco sour, only the pisco sour arrived. A hidden gem; an oasis of peace and calm in a very busy city. Exceptional staff.
friendly staff, the size of the room is good enough, good water pressure shower, excellent WIFI, good breakfast but limited choices, well located, i can bring food from other restaurants outside the hotel.( In others hotels you don't have that choice) The a/c runs smoothly :)
One only complain. Hope this is for better. The pillows are to soft for my head and my head column. I have to put the 4 pillow that came in the room like tower and try to have a decent sleep but i cant . I wake up 5:30am and i cant sleep more. The only think i have left is to turn the TV.
Spacious room and bathroom with good hot water pressure. Staff generally are friendly.
There are just not enough power plugs in the room and none by the bedside tables, which is strange for an Accor hotel. I informed front desk 3 times over 2 days that the safe in my room didn't come with instructions to reset and was also not reset from the last occupant.
