Hotel is in a beautiful location with views looking out across the local river, heading out towards the estuary. Staff were all very courteous and attentive. Fridge in the room too. Food was great, slight hiccup with one meal but everything else was very well prepared and presented.
Excellent range and choice of both cooked and continental. Service was quick and efficient and the food was also excellent

We arrived late around 9.30 pm after a dramatic day at hospital as I had a nasty fall on the beach. We were starving! No room service or food available… only peanuts and crisps! A Little disappointing for a five star hotel

Beautiful location, nicely appointed, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and owner. We stayed 3 nights and had breakfast and dinner each day. Really enjoyed the food.

The location was idyllic; The breakfast and dinners were very good: However, the toilet seat was defective and the shower system looked modern but was very complex and didn't work so well. But all in all it was a most relaxing stay and we enjoyed it. Also, the village of LLansteffan was very quaint and most enjoyable.
The toilet seat needs to be changed, but otherwise, as I said above, we had a very relaxing time.
