The location was superb. Total value for money. Absolutely loved the infinite pool and the upgradtion of room. Choose 1405 for best view
Room and view was ok
No wardrobes, no coat racks, no doors between the bathroom and the bedroom, Bf-staff took up to 30 minutes to restock out-of-stock items, butter was in a single pot for everyone to help themselves to (no individual portions). In short, there are better hotels in the same location for less money.
Friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help. Lovely buffet, clean rooms.
Pool could do with a good clean, nothing major though. Would definitely come back, however I think there's been an error with the prices for next year, they are crazy!
Great views and very comfy bed. Staff are amazing, polite attentive and very kind. We loved the location just a short walk to an amazing beach bar. Hotel pool was great
Shower over the bath not ideal if you have any mobility issues and its impossible not to flood the bathroom Breakfast very much geared towards Asian guests and probably the worst coffee I’ve had in Vietnam Directly opposite hotel is some waste ground used for dumping and burning rubbish. Such a shame as it spoils what would otherwise be a spectacular view
Great views both from inside the room (provided you book the ones with sea view) as well as from the roof deck. The beach is literally right across the street and it’s easy to go in either direction as it’s somewhere in the middle of the long beach.
Not the best soundproofing. You can hear staff chatter and guests walking in the hallway.
Everything perfect. Rooms are great and staff very attentive and kind!
Breakfast was very good, with good choice of mainly Asian foods, looking out to the beach/sea. Location was good, not far from the Lady Buddha and the Dragon Bridge. Also, we went to Hoi Ann, about 45 minutes from our hotel.

No breakfast package (if you leave earlier), beach in front not well kept, not many elevators.
Great location! Appreciated that it was on the beach, yet away from the noise and crowds ! Perfect room and great views!

The bath. Nearly slipped getting out of bath , I'm short it's very deep.
