Pros (+) Great location. Very near Liverpool One but still quiet at night. Good security - keycard needed to use the lift and again to get into the corridor where the bedrooms were located.
Cons (-) Overall we had a good stay however the pillows were not comfortable and we felt the bedroom could have been cleaner (dust in the corner of the room and some mould on the tiles in the shower).

Pros (+) It was very modern but also cozy and comfortable, the room was the perfect size and had a great size bathroom as well
Cons (-) What i did not like about the property was our room door didn’t lock properly from the inside but this issue im sure can be easily resolved

Pros (+) I was so impressed because we got lost on the way to the Hotel. We phoned them up and the hotel staff came out the Hotel to find us and he carried are bags into the hotel. We were checked in and given chocolate treats. The next morning the hotel staff came to enquire how we were. Exceptional service.
Cons (-) Lots to choose from in the breakfast hall but I felt it was low quality meat, sausages and bacon.
