Very good range and quality of breakfast offering. Staff very helpful with all arrangements including booking extra tours. We stayed in three different rooms at different times and all very well appointed with helpful extras. Pool great to use and pool side bar very pleasant. Very close to river and night market but immediate area quiet, really good location.
Loved the staff! They were all super friendly. Also super sweet in the evening when we would return to our room and be treated with small treats. The room was always clean and beautiful
My only small complaint would be that a smart tv would be nice with Netflix
Modern luxuries with the most kind and hospitable staff. The food is out of this world. No need to eat outside if you dont want to.
Excellent! Very comfortable room, wide, pampering, with all the extra things you need. clean and thoughtful. Great location, close enough for the city, even by walk. the staff was helpful above and beyond, and made sure I will have the best stay and experience in the hotel and the city. highly recommend.
I would love for the restaurant manu will be more vegan friendly, and the staff can have more knowledge about the subject. a bit expensive but you will be satisfied!
Superb breakfast. Excellent room. Birthday surprise was amazing! I lost my travel documents at Bangkok airport. The reception team contacted the airport and I was able to collect this on returning to Bangkok with a little help from airport services. Well done reception team!
Nothing! Based in a quiet area but close to all the great spots.
. The staff truly made our stay special. They were always smiling, kind, and couldn’t do enough to help — such a friendly and welcoming team! The location was great too — just a short walk to the local night market and only a quick taxi ride to the Saturday and Sunday Walking Street markets. The hotel room is big ,clean and nice decoration. The hotel provide great amenities ex. shower gel from Harnn , Dyson hair dryer. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a la carte buffet with many selection from Thai to European. Breakfast is from 7:00-11:00.
This was a very nice boutique hotel with central courtyard with pool w/hot tub, and a bar with great poolside service. The staff was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I think what makes this hotel special is the staff and the little extras like afternoon tea and snacks, as well as some small activities for guests, and the shuttle service to the night mark...
The hotel and grounds were very clean and nicely designed. A couple of raised door thresholds and slick or uneven surfaces could be tripping/slipping hazards for some guests. Also, some minor pool noise from kids in some afternoons if that sort of thing bothers you.
