The hotel was amazing. We got upgraded to a better room and it was the best hotel room i have ever stayed in. The breakfast was also very good

The hotel is nice if you like this modern/industrial/urban style.
Breakfast is nice (I enjoyed the choice of fresh fruit juice) but it could be improved with a choice of 'healthy' bread or at least gluten free bread option. In our room all the lights can be switch on/off from both sides of the bed as in any hotel. But if you want to switch on the bathroom lights you have to push a button next to the place where you put your card when you enter the room anyway it...Read more
Great breakfast! Crispy bacon, great variety, delicious! Specialty coffees as well as filtered coffee.
A non-slip mat in the shower stall. The shower head had to be moved higher up and angled so as not to flood out of the stall.
The location
We were accommodated on the last floor and there was a privet party with laud music on the roof top.
Even tho the hotel is not cheap, for everything you have to pay extra - a parking, breakfast, etc
Staff was barely polite, for breakfast per person you have to pay 18 euros, so for two of us it is 36 euros which is unacceptable, and also breakfast not included. Hotel requires payment for a parking, there were drunk people who were shouting in a hallway for half night and nobody was there to stop them as staff generally don’t care and I have’t seen a security anywhere.
Amazing hotel, perfect location, kind staff and to top it off- breakfast was 10/10!!

Great food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Very prompt service. Reception staff had excellent English. Good to have really spacious lifts.
The decor was not to our liking as it resembled the inside of a warehouse! Just a bit too modern for us. A lot of black and concrete. We found the configuration of our room to be quite annoying, as there was a sliding door between the bathroom and a cupboard area, meaning access was only possible to access each area one at a time.

Breakfast was cold. No toaster to toast bread. Uncomfortable chairs. We received a free room upgrade and the staff were all very friendly and accomodating. The room was very nice and had a great view.
There wasn't really anything we didn't like.
No top shower and shower had no doors.
