Excellent breakfast, staff polite at breakfast and check in. Location is a little walk to main centre. Has great facilities.
Car park , gate does not open even after paying for it. The gentleman said he would keep an eye on us excited to open gate but did not. I had to go and remind them to please open gate. Maybe get the gate fixed. But overall a great hotel.
Nicely renovated, big rooms.
The air conditioning was very old and loud
The staff was very friendly and the food was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, quite specious. Beds were comfortable. The parking was outside the hotel but was reachable via hotel and well organized.
During our stay many young sportsmen and teams were also staying in the hotel so it was noisy in late evening and the breakfast time was pretty crowded.

Best thing about this hotel: the breakfast, many options, sweet or salty, good coffee. The room looked decent, confortable beds, bottle of water available.
No drinks in the fridge, in case you want something to buy. The overall look of the hotel is grandious, but the roon is slightly shabby
Location, parking, cleanliness, friendly staff
Clean and spacious- it is an older hotel that has been refurbished but because of that the rooms are very generous. It has a supermarket and bakeries close by.
Our shower head would not stay fixed on the pole but we managed a workaround. The location means it takes longer to get the tram in than walk, once you know that it's fine.
Everything was great, nice staff, clean hotel.
The shower, wasn’t able to position the shower head a bit higher. The screw wasn’t working, so the shower head is falling down and needed to be fixed. The bathroom is new and everything else was great.
Good value for money, excelent location.
Location, hotel is nice and staff is exceptional. They seem to really like their job and are happy to be there which is really nice to see.
