Pros (+) The location of the hotel in Vichy. The hotel reception staff The breakfast selection and presentation. The edible Oak leaves!
Cons (-) That there was no hotel parking so therefore having to find street parking nearby. We had opted for the tasting menu, which on paper was too confusing to understand as to what was involved. Finally there was a dedicated member of staff to explain things.

Pros (+) Perfection from the first moment. Beautiful room, lovely and helpful people. Perfect position. Wish we had more time there. Vishy is also one of the most beautiful villages in France.
