Pros (+) Stunning. Much cheaper to book on booking.com than at the property which is crazy. Lovely setting, room pool. Good food but expensive. Free bikes
Cons (-) We asked to cancel one main course when the starter arrived which was huge but were denied even though they had not started cooking it. Unideal as the whole dish went uneaten which was a wasteful unnecessary expense

Pros (+) Perfect breakfast with a wide variety of food. So tranquil, yet centrally placed in Luang Prabang. An oasis inside the resort.

The setting was amazing. Lovely natural gardens and water elements. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I found my room to be somewhat unappealing...low ceilings made it a bit dark. Considering the hotel is in Luang Prabang I expected the rooms to be of better quality. The massages were excellent but expensive. I’ve been here couple times now and the service has never disappointed me. The personal is just on top of everything… I love the place, the garden, the location (about 5 mins walking to the night market) I will definitely come back on my next trip to Luang Prabang Thank you everyone for all the good job !!
