Classy hotel, luxury rooms, excellent breakfast and helpful , polite and friendly staff. All in all an excellent hotel.
Had dinner in the restaurant once and it was OK but not great.
Very pleasant stay. Thoughtful interior decor, high end bathroom utilities and nice lighting in room. Enjoyed looking at the various floral arrangements at the lounge areas and corners around the hotel. Very good spread of buffet breakfast. Location is just nice, away fr the bustling of the main city streets yet accessible by walking or Grab car.
Hmm...... we were given a room at a rather low floor . Thought since we booked n paid more than a month for a Premium room before our stay, we could have a better view on a higher floor.
I enjoyed the breakfast and club lounge access! The service was also great!
The premium room I booked was so spacious it was kinda weird, like empty. So I switched down to a twin bed room.
Great hotel in Ho Chi Min. Lovely rooms and best breakfast in town. This hotel is top rate and have stayed here twice now. No complaints

No hot water in the shower. Only realized in the morning and we did not have time to complain due to airport transfer.

We asked to have breakfast upon our arrival as we had not had it due to a very early flight. We were told we had about 20 minutes before the buffet closed and were rushed all throughout the meal. Whilst we understand that respecting opening hours is important, this sort of pressure on guests isn’t very welcoming and also not in line with the standards expected from a hotel of this kind.Read more
The hotel is absolutely stunning, the reception area is so beautiful! We received a free room upgrade as a gift for being on our honeymoon, it was a very good size and had top quality amenities. Whilst the staff were very professional and friendly, we felt they lacked that personal touch we received at other hotels during our stay in Vietnam. The hotel also has a slightly corporate vibe where it hosts functions. It was a little annoying hearing business chat at breakfast when we are on our honeymoon! The room and bathroom were lovely long with most of the public areas. Breakfast was excellent.
The pool was disappointing as it was too small for the number of guests with insufficient beds and seating around the pool area due to the size.
