We booked this hotel for our one-night-stay in Taiwan. The hotel is modern and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel is located very central, with a dedicated taxi-spot right in front of the hotel. The major sights as well as eating-venues are within walking distance. From a value-for-money point-of-view this was the best choice I could make.
Everything was according to my expectations.
The service is great and so is the location of the hotel. The lounge area was perfect for me to get some work done.
Nothing
Breakfast.
Not sheltered in front of hotel, when raining will be a big problem for us.
The location, close by Metro. The service right at the point. And most importantly the room is very clean.
No desk for laptop. Or say space is not good enough for working in the room.
The location is very close to MTR
No writing table .
Clean, modern, with many amenities. Quiet in the building and in the area. Nice lounge room with coffee machine. Very close to bus stops and metro station.
Awful view to a construction site. Very basic room. Worst value for money I experienced over a 2 week trip in Taiwan. There are much better hotels in Taipei at a similar price
Location, location, location!! The hotel is right next to Zhongxiao Xinsheng station, and it's very convenient to move about around Taipei City. We were initially given a room at the end of corridor which is next to construction site next door. Hence, we have requested for a change of room and it was very quiet. The sound proofing of the hotel is very good. We could hardly hear any bustling traffi...
There were some strands of hairs on the toilet floor when we moved into the changed room. Hence, housekeeping needs to pay more attention to these little areas.Read more
Our stay at this hotel in Taipei was nothing short of excellent. The location is absolutely perfect—conveniently situated right next to Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT station, which connects both the blue and orange MRT lines. This made it incredibly easy to get around the city, whether we were heading to popular shopping districts, night markets, or cultural spots. There were also plenty of dining option...
Only thing was that it might a little less family friendly, perfectly understandable since this is more of a business hotel. We did get a call from the reception to lower down our volume about 10pm at night - just one thing to note if you do happen to have young kids.Read more
Staff was very helpful and polite. Comfy beds, very good shower / pressure, very clean rooms. No issues with the WiFi.
No desk in the room, although you can access the lounge if you need to work. Very few options for dining close to he hotel. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel that serves Italian-ish food that was ok, and you can order to take away. Breakfast is also served in the restaurant but is very disappointing: bad coffee, cold eggs, industrial bread…
