Pros (+) The only negative I have was the non existing water pressure in the shower. Shower head was clogged. I took it off, cleaned it and it was fine after that.

Pros (+) I liked that it was new and very clean. Also the front desk girls were all very pleasant and helpful! Very attentive.
Cons (-) Though they offer PlutoTV, it was hard to locate it on the smart TV. Had to go to downloads and search for it and then open it. It took them to help us 3 times until we learned how to get to it as it was never there as an application so that we could just click on it to open it!! We had to do this each time we turned on the TV.
