Pros (+) Simply was not value for money. I would not recommend or stay there again. The Lenna Hotel I later stayed at was far superior.

Pros (+) Location was excellent as were the staff. Good b’fast and sitting lounge for drinks
Cons (-) The little things let it down - no laundry service other than do it yourself laundry which we found hard to operate, wifi was useless and despite several requests nothing happened - although at check out it was acknowledged and a discount given. Nice to see the tugboats out the window but start ups at 1 am and 6 am where a little annoying.

Pros (+) Hotel is located on the harbour in Hobart, perfect location and views. Stroll around the harbour where there was plenty of cafes / restaurants. 5 minute walk into the town. Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly.
Cons (-) Everything was great; if I was been picky a large tea cup in the rooms and a pool would have been amazing. But honestly, we loved our stay.

Great location, lots to see and eat/drink within walking distance. One booking issue was resolved quickly by the staff. 24/7 valet worked great. Is located on working wharf (didn’t worry us) but not quiet/serene, is beautiful though.
