Amazing beach hotel, with a very large pool and superb beach in front. Very large modern room with amazing sea and sunset view, superb breakfast, daily free chocolate cake hour. A truly lovely five star experience. Hotel is set in a well manicured large garden area. We transferred in from another local hotel we didn’t like and this resort was a saviour!
No sunbed mattresses around the pool area. Insufficient parasols on the beach

Happy hour is a joke. Not at beach. Only few drinks . Be careful ordering it. Massage and everything too expensive
The hotel has nice design, green territory it is own beach and good selection for breakfast
The hotel looks nice from the first glance but it is badly managed and quite worn out: the room was very dirty (specifically the carpet), soft furniture is also with stains and bathrooms have lots of black mold; in the spa wood flooring of dry sauna is so worn it has popping out nails (after wounding myself and reporting this to the staff no immediate action was taken); the phone in the room was n...Read more

The beach is a good one of many beaches in Phuc Quoc Island. Restaurant staff is nice but not well trained. Pool is ok.
Furniture upholstery extremely worn out and stained. Walls with cracks. TV system needs updating as available channels are from 30 years old technology. No mobile phone connectivity. The hotel in general is outdated. Long cues to join breakfast as hotel capacity does not meet demand. Prepare to wait 25 minutes to get a table on Peak hours. clean territory on the hotel site, they constantly clean the garden and mow the lawn, a good gym, there is a children's room - interesting. the sea is warm, small waves - you can ride them
During check-in there was a conflict at the reception, the girl manager refused to accept my credit card, as it was different from the card I booked with, for me this is a normal process of changing the payment method upon check-in, but not in this case, they just mocked me and smirked.
