It was a nice stay. The food was very good, and the place offered plenty of activities—perfect for spending quality time with family.
I booked this place for my family, but unfortunately, nothing was prepared or arranged for us upon arrival. I had to keep calling just to request basic necessities like water, bed sheets, and blankets. And keep waiting and calling and waiting…Very disappointing experience.

The whole stay was outstanding! From the very first check-in experience with the receptionist Arvind and the free room upgrade, all the way to the external venues like Ula beach club (shout-out to Adel the staff for the exceptional service as well). The hotel staff also regularly checks up on your satisfaction during the stay, whether by calling the room or i person.
The A/C in the room was too cold even when put at 28 degrees and the faucet in the bathroom produced little water.
The welcoming from the stuff especially the lady from Nibal Shika and Moumene there so hard working make our stay more lovely how they treat us when we make check in and out. To make u sure u want to come back to the same hotel many times.i really enjoyed my staying and sure I will be back soon.
I like everything and I just need especial request to increase the stuff in the Market restaurant especial when to much quest in the restaurant.

It was the best choice for this weekend getaway. This is not my first time here, and it certainly won’t be the last. A wonderful resort with complete facilities, breathtaking views, excellent service, friendly staff, and very delicious food. I would like to thank the manager, Mr. Salah, and Mr. Saud from the reception for their generous hospitality, great attitude, and thoughtful care.
