Pros (+) (1) All hotel staffs are very polite, including room cleaning staffs. One of the best service quality I have ever experienced. (2) Breakfast taste very good, especially sweets. Japanese pudding is the best.
Cons (-) (1) It was not easy to find “Room Clean Up”and “DND (Don’t Disturb)” signs on buttons located door. I could not find those signs and push the wrong button by accident. More user friendly signs are requested. (2) Laundry service payment could not be included in the final payment at Check out. I was requested to pay cash when I receive laundry. Decent sized room, bathroom shower was somewhat lacking, the toggle for the shower was broken, and slightly leaky. Was unable to connect to the wifi. Other then that, everything else was satisfactory

Pros (+) Great breakfasts, friendly staff, very clean
Cons (-) Terrible WiFi, dropped off every 10 minutes, not ideal when you stay for business. To get the room service menu you have to turn on the TV to get a QR code that you then need your phone for to download a PDF. Basic information is just not readily available - who thought faffing around in this way to get a simple menu was a good idea? Covid can’t be the excuse anymore.

I stayed here for one night and from CheckInn to Checkout, everything was well and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Also they told us about the complimentary Chocolate hour in the evening. When it comes to the facilities this hotel has everything up-to the standards. I would highly recommend it. And I would love to come back again!

Pros (+) Bed was very nice, room was quiet, breakfast excellent with a lot to choose from, very friendly staff and had a nice talk with Azzam who was very helpful for us. Would definitely come back if have the opportunity.
