Location was excellent Staff were very helpful Room had a great view, it was compact but well designed and very comfortable
It was a bit noisy during the night from the street and internally from the plumbing (which was annoying)
Only downside was very noisy airco. Restaurant & bar are great. Rooms all have views. Very clean.
Location, location, location. If you want to board a cruise ship or enjoy the heatbeat of the city this is the best place to stay. It's close to everything, ferries, cruise ships, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, etc. etc.
My in room dining order didn't show up. When I checked up on my order, they forgot to turn the order in. However, they were honest about the mistake (that counts a lot), and when they did deliver my order, they didn't charge me for it. And....it was one of the best cheeseburgers I've even eaten.
Excellent location, great room, was upgraded to a beautiful harbor view room, free laundry and WiFi, super friendly and helpful staff. Really an exceptional hotel!
Lobby WiFi was weak, but manager gave me his personal hotspot. Very accommodating.
This hotel was amazing, beautiful, clean and modern. If was located anywhere else in Auckland I’d recommend it 100%
Its location, its right on the Quay and the noise at nighttime was unbearable. Not just the noise from the bars along the harbour (which is somewhat expected within reason) but the boy racers with big loud exhausts drag racing up and down till 4.30am. The police and Authorities really need to do something about this antisocial behaviour but I suspect nothing will change. Such a shame.

Great location, great view of the harbour from our room, great shower. Good food in the dining room. Very friendly staff both in restaurant and at the front desk. The girl who cleaned our room was very friendly and helpful
We had a real problem controlling the thermostat in our room. We froze the first nite. The second evening was the same. We phoned and a worker came to help….sort of fixed it and offered us a different room. We declined as we were leaving early the next AM. Absolutely love this spot! The location is brilliant for visiting restaurants, bars and also using the ferry to visit different areas around the harbour. The hotel is great, and staff are always super helpful & friendly. This was our second stay here & it is decided to be our Auckland go to option.
