The place was as advertised in the photos you see and it meets the expectations. The room was clean with nice cool aircon. Food at the restaurant were nice, staffs were very nice too. It was very pleasant to stay.

Lovely hotel with friendly and professional staff, always smiling and helpful. Great choices available for breakfast and we also had a delicious dinner in the restaurant one night. Our room was spacious and had everything we were expecting. Nice swimming pool surrounded by greenery. Easy walking distance to the night markets and Pub Street for restaurants and shops.
Unfortunately we stayed when there was a concert going on in the nearby park and was very loud. Not something the hotel could control but double glazing may have minimised the noise.
Fantastic stay with fantastic staff!
Pool was beautiful and came in handy after a long day walking round the temples. Room was beautifully decorated with flowers and was huge! Food was great, lots of choice at breakfast and we really enjoyed the food from the restaurant which we ordered to the pool a few times. When we arrived we had a massive delay with our flight and arrived at the hotel around 10:20pm, we asked at the desk if the restaurant was open as we where absolutely starving, having not eaten since 12pm due to the delay. Location was excellent - easy to explore downtown well Large room size Comfortable bed Large bathroom Staff were very helpful
Shampoo, Soap, Conditioner etc were in extremely tiny vessels which was not enough for 1 person let alone 2 Staff could speak better English Very expensive airport transfer (better to use Grab) Shower water was not consistently hot
The staff were amazing. They were always helpful and polite. It was a calm and relaxing hotel. Amazingly clean. It was in a good location for us as we could walk to the centre if we wanted to but equally it was a 2 min ride by tuk tuk. They provided breakfast when we went out early on the temple trip. Would highly recommend this hotel.

There is no lift (a little bit hard when you have baby stroller with you) No A/C in restaurant
Everything! It was by far our favourite accommodation in our travels. Staff were outstanding, the resort was first class, and the pool area was just beautiful. We will stay again in the future, we loved it that much!!!
