Pros (+) The location was great, in the middle of everything.
Cons (-) The property needs a through cleaning. All spot cleaning barely. The sheets had hair in the bed and also on nightstands. I brought my on sanitize wipes and everything was dirty. Not how you want to spend time at your home away from home. Contacted the host that was very responsive and sent someone out to change the bedding, still dirty 🙁

Pros (+) The flat is very big, comfortable bed in a great condominium, with swimming pool and jacuzzi located near 5th Ave, near all the great restaurants and bars

Pros (+) The people were wonderful and very welcoming. Staff and other renters included. Really loved our stay even if it was only for 3 nights. We'd be interested in coming for an extended stay of 2-3 months in the future.

Pros (+) Giant apartment, very comfortable, very clean. Perfect for 3-4 adults. All was perfect except maybe the fact we would have liked meeting with the owner when we arrived. Because the secretary at the lobby seemed a bit lost. The apartment is hard to find. You should google Via 38 to find the flat easily. It's next to Piola restaurant.
