The staff at Luxary camp was absolutely amazing! They all went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable family vacation. The little details and extra attention was without compare. I'd highly recommend staying here!
The only negative thing was that we couldn't stay longer. I'd definitely book for more than just two nights. There is so much to see and do here!
Amazing facilities, beautiful landscaping, lots of water activities between the water parks and the beach, very convenient camping shops, groceries and restaurants, well deserved 5 star resort.
We kept losing the bracelets, and had to replace 2 at the cost of €30. This is easy to fix, please get rid of those green bracelets in favour of permanent ones that need to be cut like most resorts do.
I recently stayed at the Luxury Camp at Union Lido, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was! The campsite is absolutely perfect for families with small children. The accommodation was spacious (for a "mobile home"), new, and clean, it had all the amenities we needed. The environment was nice, with a meandering path lined with flowerbeds. The camping site itself was great, with lots of things to do to keep the kids busy (especially the bigger of the two water parks), we never even went to the neighboring villages. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
Nothing much. The automated watering system for the gardens was constantly making some slightly annoying sounds that could be heard from the parent's bedroom and we could have used some more shelving space in the living room. It is well organized camp. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful atmosphere around - smell of fresh cotted grass and flowers. Logistic at the territory - excellent. Best for family you can find. Friendly staff and always helpful.
When you check-in, you have to give your passport to reception and they will keep it for the whole entire of stay. This things are illegal, as passport belong to person that is issued.
Excellent staff who helped us in all matters, from check-in to arranging transport at night after the check-out to the camping gate. Also, this camping has its own private beach, which we could not visit due to the weather. I highly recommend this campsite, I think this is the best option that can be found in Union Lido.
This place is awesome. We loved everything in this fouturistic concept hotel. This is close to paradise. The staff organized a private party in an exclusive location.

the staff organize for me a parking for my Helicopter and I was very happy, first time in my life I see this Hotellerie concept. The borg is very exclusive with a lot of privilege services
The entire staff was very hospitable and accomodating. The stay was very memorable for my daughter and her new huband. Once in a lifetime!
