The staff were extremely kid friendly and Chef Ramen went out of his way to ensure that the food needs of our 12 month old were met.
The location had potential, and some staff were friendly (before we declined the meal package).
One staff member treated us poorly after we refused the very expensive and limited breakfast/dinner package. • The hotel was overcrowded—no space at the beach, pools, or restaurants. • The beach water was unclear and unsuitable for swimming. • They refused to accommodate a late check-out, even though the check-out process itself took more than an hour due to their own inefficiencies.
I loved this hotel! Beautifully designed and great atmosphere. They have multiple restaurants and they are all AMAZING! Best food on the island. Everything we ate was outstanding. The resort, rooms, views, variety restaurants and food was delicious.
Unfortunately the room Was not decorated as per request for a birthday however they did give us cake at lunch to celebrate.
Staff were amazing
There were tiny ants everywhere, even in the room They should try and do something about that although it may be outside of their control as its a tropical island
We stayed at LUX Grand Gaube for my partner’s 30th birthday and it exceeded all expectations. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived — warm welcome, quick check-in, and thoughtful service throughout. The room was spotless, luxurious, and even included a fully stocked minibar. Everything was amazing
The tv does not have smart system you cannot connect it with phone or you even cant watch any app on the tv

Water is murky so not great for snorkelling. Occasionally there is a odour from the drains.
