We really love Lumen Hotel! It is located just a block from the metro, restaurants, a small market, and a pharmacy. It is even within a walking distance from Marques de Pombal. The hotel’s room, breakfast and dinner were all excellent. And the hotel’s staff are extremely nice and helpful! Brilliant to have a generator in place during the big power outage last week, very thoughtfull!! Rooms are spacy and clean, bed was excellent in size for tall people, good matrass. Service was very tidy. Personell very helpful and friendly. Lumen Hotel Light show is very nice to see! Breakfast was excellent.
The light show was actually really great The staff were amazing and especially appreciated their care for the guests who had checked out and were impacted by the unexpected national black out. So gracious and caring
