Location, rooms were nice and clean. Staff was nice. Loved our door man. He was the most outgoing.
Our location, view. Booking.com showed us a picture with view and that’s not what we got. We were there for daughter’s 19th bday and first time in New York. So too late to switch to other hotel.

204 / 5 000 Very nice hotel in a good location, I took a studio with a sofa, so it was spacious and with a nice view. Coffee in the room, umbrella and all the necessary equipment. Large bathroom. Very nice service. I recommend.

Central location. Great amenities and extremely friendly staff.
The decor, comfortable room, amenities, exceptionally clean bathroom, lights all are perfect.
Entrance has bar so reception is quite noisy. But once you are in room everything is fully quiet and peaceful.
I was so impressed with the hotel service! All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating from the men at the door greeting us with a smile, to our server in the restaurant, to the front desk staff! People was nice, the breakfast was ok
Hotel clean inside, the road not so great. The street with some works. People’s very nice and helpful, the breakfast ok but they could offer something different on week end like pancakes and waffles. The room was ok but so dark that you didn’t even notice if it was day or night and for what we did pay it seems to me that it’s not great. I won’t go back to this hotel for sure.

When using sofa bed in Metro king studio, space in the room gets tight, but having in mind that we spent the time in the room only dor sleeping, it is ok
