Thought the pool and spa was very good and enjoyed spending quality time there. Spacious, very clean room with friendly, helpful staff.
Although the room decor is not the most inspiring, making it look a little bland and tired, we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and thought it represented very good value for money. Easter decorations still up in June.

Rooms might need some modernising
I like the spa facilities and pool but the pool needs some touch up especially the tiles. My son’s foot got a small cut from the broken pool tiles. The staff are polite and they were very accommodating. It was my birthday and they allowed us to check-in early which I truly appreciated as I was able to put son to sleep for his nap and we were able to enjoy the facilities more. A really lovely place that offered a refreshing vacation. Tha Spa offered a lot of facilities, and a professional staff. The keepers at the kids playground were excellent. The food in the restaurant was great. The hotel was clean, the staff was professional, all the facilities enjoyable and relaxing. And all the seasonal decorations were a good cherry on top to give a lovely warm atmosphere.
The pool and spa area are great for relaxing after a ski day. Free shuttles to and from the gondola
It is far from the center so you need to take a taxi to get to restaurents and other things
Big and well equipped rooms. Great spa with big pool. Awesome breakfast.
The bathroom fixtures in the room need to be replaced.
