Pros (+) I like the spa facilities and pool but the pool needs some touch up especially the tiles. My son’s foot got a small cut from the broken pool tiles. The staff are polite and they were very accommodating. It was my birthday and they allowed us to check-in early which I truly appreciated as I was able to put son to sleep for his nap and we were able to enjoy the facilities more. Pros (+) A really lovely place that offered a refreshing vacation. Tha Spa offered a lot of facilities, and a professional staff. The keepers at the kids playground were excellent. The food in the restaurant was great. The hotel was clean, the staff was professional, all the facilities enjoyable and relaxing. And all the seasonal decorations were a good cherry on top to give a lovely warm atmosphere.
