Pros (+) Really great staff here. They went above and beyond, especially. Miss Chang. The hotel was quiet and peaceful when we were there in early May. The rooms are clean and comfortable with as new fittings and furnishings. Highly recommend

Pros (+) The staff were fantastic. Really genuinely friendly and knowledgeable people, with very good communication. Really liked the room patio facing onto the pool as well. Enjoyed the breakfast too, with lovely fresh coffee available every morning.
Cons (-) Limited storage in rooms but not a big issue considering everything else was great and the very good value of the rooms.

Pros (+) Nice cozy hotels. Clean and new room, facility are good and safe for solo travelers. Breakfast was not very diverse, but safe choices. Front staff are helpful, speak English, Vietnamese, Lao, Chinese. They can arrange bus to train station with reasonable price.
Cons (-) The door sound-proofing should be better.
