Pros (+) Very comfortable bed and quiet room. Reasonably central location. Decent breakfast buffet with eggs and omelets on request. Netflix and other web-based TV channels.
Cons (-) If you're looking for an "atmospheric" hotel in Luang Prabang this isn't it--it's clean and modern but a bit bland, and the rooms don't really have views.
