A lovely boutique hotel, staff really friendly, breakfast fantastic. Lovely room, very comfortable. Convenient for West Berlin shopping, sightseeing and business. We prefer to be in West Berlin when we stay, it’s more relaxing and genuine. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. I hope we be back.

Kitchen equipment was bare minimum, but OK.

The price is a bit high.
Service was exceptional and took our needs into consideration at all times. The spa facilities were first class and we took full advantage of them. Locality around the hotel offers plenty of shopping opportunities.

Room is very spacious, Kitchen equipped and the beds are very comfortable.
The apartment was huge, the beds comfortable, clean and neat.

Richard was our first contact at the Hotel, he was very polite, educated, informed us of every little thing to do in the hotel or even the area, booked me a hair salon appointment in the hair salon next to them, he told us he was working there only for a short time but was much nicer than the other two man that where there for a long time.
