Pros (+) My preference would be a buffet breakfast. As we were both just having fruit,.it was limited and and did not feel we could ask for.more.

Pros (+) Everything was amazing, from the minute we walked into the Castle, we were met with such a friendly atmosphere. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast the next morning in the hotel and even the toast was amazing!! Our room was very comfy, spacious and warm! I would highly recommend this hotel for all occasions! All staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful and all up for a chat!

Pros (+) Excellent location. Really peaceful. Lovely bedroom with very comfortable 4-poster. Good tea facilities. Bar menu is great and good value for money. The drawing room and bar are lovely spaces... Walled garden is a must-see - almost didn't....
Cons (-) The main restaurant menu doesn't really work value-wise for a vegetarian. The bar food is great but I ran out of choices on a 3-night stay. Some staff were extraordinarily helpful, others weren't really interested. Lights left on outside all night is a shame - dark skies are such a joy....
