Nice hotel, my daughter Najlah like the hotel so much. she even wanted to rate them 10 out of 10. Attached to the theme park (Adventure world). Attached to the Mall. Nice food court just under the hotel in the Basement of Lotte department store.
In the club floor room there was a smell because they were cooking in the lounge. The breakfast surprisingly very bad. There was a very very very rude reception employee she was impolite. Thats why this hotel didn't get the 10/10
Loved the breakfast it was amazing!!! The kids buffet was a fantastic difference
Roma could have a divide so that kids can go to sleep without whole room being in darkness
Access to everywhere, close to Lotte World Mall, Adventure and Seoul Sky. Very nice swimming pool for kids.
There must be free toothpaste and toothbrush like other hotels in other countries. Plates were not changed or replaced each day. Expensive breakfast for those who it was not included in their booking.

Lotte Hotel World exceeded my expectations! The rooms were luxurious and modern, with stunning view of the Seoul Sky Tower. The service was top-notch, and the amenities were impressive and kids friendly. The location is perfect for shopping and entertainment. Highly recommend for a memorable stay around Lotte Adventure
The staffs were beyond the level being kind and friendly. I would like to come back here again. Perfect for the family oriented travel!
I ran out of toilet paper so quick. It would be better to place the spare or extra toilet paper.

we slept well only once. all other nights all the appliances of the room were living its life. the conditioner, the fridge made the sounds all nights. the breakfast is poor for the cost offered.
