Very clean and cozy room. We had an amazing view over the hotel area and the ocean. Facilities are great (we used the spa, the gym, the indoor swimming pool, the arcade, and the bowling lanes). Breakfast and dinner were great (but very expensive).
This is on us - but we did not understand that ~95% of all the guests were families with small children. Quite impossible to relax by the pool, so if that is what you're looking for this is probably not the hotel for you :)
Big room. Nice balcony.
Smallest hotel bed I’ve slept in for a long time, despite large room. Hall light in room auto lights in night and wakes up your partner Staff were inflexible to the point of unhelpful Balcony was nice but poolside music (and general noise levels) was intrusive and the nightly cabaret was excruciating. Restaurant was very over priced
Such a great hotel, with so much to do! It’s located super close to a few different waterfalls. If you’re traveling with a family, there are so many museums right around the corner from the hotel grounds! There’s also a rental car office located inside the hotel if you want to get out and explore on your own! Great hotel to have relaxing time alone or with family
We are Muslim. Hence, we eat only halal food .The staff tried their best to help out, but yet they didn't know what halal food which is well known food trade mark, for future consideration
It is a luxurious hotel. Nothing to whine about.
The Carpark entrance is outside the hotel. Meaning you need to brave the rain and snow to get to your car.
resort was super friendly with kids all looks luxuries but facility inside good condition and good clean the stuff so friendly
Everything was perfect. Spacious rooms, excellent views, comfortable beds, great shower, helpful staff. The outstanding part was the breakfast - great spread and delicious.
The only thing that could improve is the air-conditioning in the rooms. It occasionally felt too warm at night because the aircon switched off automatically despite being set at a particular temperature.
General facilities, staff excellent in all interactions, magnificent breakfast buffet and great location

The kids room and various kids pools were very nice!
