Comfortable bed and great room size Good location in Los Frailes
The noise coming from the neighbors every night was insane, loud music coming through the walls and thin doors until late night not only on the weekend! The breakfast is really bad, why if the hotel also has a coffee shop in the same location, they cannot offer the breakfast? The location is fantastic Breakfast is simple but good take it if it is included otherwise better to go outside.
Don’t come here with a family or more than 2 persons. The sofa bed is 1.40 by 1.50 and they pretend 2 adults can sleep on it!

We had a great stay in Frater Hotel. Perfect location in you want to enjoy the town and Valladolid charm..lots of lovely little shops, local restaurants, bars, cafes all in walking distance from the hotel. Our room was nice and clean, we had good breakfast and the whole team was friendly and helpful.

One day we had a mix up and our room wasn't cleaned but the staff rectified it.
Location was fine, WiFi service was almost none existent. It was either so slow or totally no connectivity. They only provided one bedside lamp for a large bed with two persons.
It was an amazing stay, the accommodation was great, the vibe was here. Thanks !!

I would suggest they add some more fruit to breakfast since the amount given is minimal and we have stayed in 5 other 4&5 star hotels around Yucatan and received 2-3 times more fruit everywhere.
We loved this hotel, we had two rooms for a family of four and they exceeded our expectations. Staff were great, location was excellent, rooms were very clean. We would have no problems going back and staying at this hotel. No parking on site but we easily parked across the road. A short walk into the main part of town and the restaurant area.
